I just downloaded some of the Audiofuel podcasts. Was going to try the mid intensity workouts. Has anyone tried them and how do they compare to c25k + ?
Any experience of Audiofuel?: I just downloaded... - Couch to 5K
Any experience of Audiofuel?
Personally I love them and they helped me get up to running continuously for 2 hours using the mid intensity work out. Id really recommend buying the run free 1 and 2 together as you then get a continuous 2 hour mix of them both.

Before Id got injured I was also working my way up to 2 hours using the high intensity one.
Id really recommend doing the 20 minute power up 2012 pyramid interval mp3 once a week as well. It's very tiring but I found it really helped raising my fitness before I got an injury.
Thanks. I was planning to try the pyramid this week (weather permitting) but was a bit apprehensive about the faster intervals. I guess I'll give it a try and if I fail it gives me something to aim for.
If you run at the speed on the mp3 it is very very hard. What I did was build up with the runs each time but never finished the top of the pyramid or the other side! However what I found from it was that when I did a tempo run a couple of days later I could go faster for longer. Even though it's 'only' 20 minutes it really improves your cardiovascular fitness.
You also want to find somewhere decent to do this. It won't work on normal roads or paths. I'm lucky in that there's a race course just over from work and a footpath looping around the middle. A loop in a park would be good.
