X trainer wk2 r2

Well I did wk2 r2 on the x trainer yesterday. Have decided to try it this way as I had terrible problems with my knees running. Going good doing stretches for knees and legs before then more stretches to finish. Found both lots on here. Thank you who posted them.

Wow well done to you. I have trouble standing on a x trainer let alone running. Keep running :-)

thank you. I try to keep my walknig to 5mph and the jog to 6mph not a lot on a x trainer but im not pushing anything till i know for sure my knees aren't going to give up. im thinking of repeating wk2 but uppintgthe walking to 6mph and the jogging to 7mph. still thinking about that :-) Im only 5ft 3" so ive only got little legs. mind you my husband is 6ft 4" and i keep up with him. ha ha.x
